SHIPPING
Your order is on it's way! We know the anticipation is killing you, but please allow us 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your purchase. You will receive another notification when you order has shipped. Thank you again for ordering from Jenna Bee.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within a 15 mile radius of Encinitas. 
Deliveries are made 3-5 days after purchase. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping
International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout if shipping is available to your country. 

Lost Packages
Jenna Bee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were successfully delivered to the provided address.

Shipping Protection
Shipping protection covers your order from damage, loss, or theft. Jenna Bee is responsible sending you a replacement bag as soon as possible. Returns are ineligible for replacement bags.
